Weeks 23 and 24

Week 23

We had a prenatal exam and got to hear the heart beat!

Feeling really good.

Still at a good size where I am comfortable and look pregnant.

Feeling kicks all the time and I love it!

 

24 weeks

Getting bigger!

I have gained 15 pounds so far.

With Channing I had gained almost 20.

I am happy and feeling good.

 

 

 

Chad's Birthday

Chad turned 28! 

We celebrated his birthday by doing a little party at our clubhouse.

We had pizza and cupcakes and played a game about Chad that I made up.

Then we went down stairs and played ping pong, mini golf, and air hockey.

I hope Chad had a good birthday and felt special. I love you so much babe!

Baby Chan Chan

We really love this kid.

Channing has been the perfect 1st child. Not that he is a perfect child but he is such an awesome boy that he makes us want to have more! Also he is going to be so good for the rest of our children. He is so smart, so fun, so creative, so active, so protective, and so caring. He is SO excited for his baby brother to get here. It makes me so happy to watch him kiss and hug and talk to my belly. Channing plays really well with kids unless they take something he had then he will not let them get away with that. He is very persistent which can be a challenge for us but someday that will be a good thing for him. He is a sensitive little guy, which is shocking because of his crazy personality but I think its sweet.
Channing talks and understands so much these days. Its crazy what he will remember and say to us sometimes. We cant get enough of this cute boy. I am so thankful Chad and I were blessed to raise him. We love him so much and cant imagine life without him.  

Halloween Time

I love it when it becomes fall. Halloween is such a fun way to start the holidays with traditions and chilly weather. Now that we are having babies I want to make sure they know that every year we do certain things to celebrate.
This year we went to the Staheli Family Farm here in St. George. It was my first time and we will for sure be going back every year. Channing and I got to go twice this year too.

 

We carved pumpkins with Dallan and Jordi. That was fun, Dallan made a tea/chai drink that was delicious and we watched hocus pocus while we got creative. 

 

On Halloween night we went to Linzie's neighborhood on Cynthia Lane. The close off the street and have it all decorated. There was music, corndogs, popcorn, doughnuts, and waters. They even had a cute little train ride for the kids! Channing loved it. We dressed up as cowboys and cowgirl. Channing looked adorable and Chad looked studly :). Channing got to go trick or treating with Alanis and they had so much fun! This was the best Halloween yet! Channing is understanding holidays more and more and that makes it so much fun!!
